Hello friends! I'm so excited to announce that I've been asked to join the Clear Scraps design team again! Susan and Jim are such great people and I love their products! After seeing them at the show this January, I realized how much I missed them and Clear Scraps! And a big shout out to
"Pinky" Cristal Hobbs, our DT coordinator! I was so happy to meet her in person finally (although I am kicking myself for not getting a photo of us together!) Pinky is an awesome person!
Today, I have a layout up on the Clear Scraps blog using a few fun products!
Chevrons are one of my favorite shapes and I love using the 12 inch Chevron Mascil! I used some Dylusions spray ink in Lemon Zest and lightly misted over my cardstock. I concentrated in only a few areas but you can go as light or dark as you want. And another wonderful thing about the Mascils is that they stay in place so you always get a clean design when you are finished!
To accent, I used one of the Clear Shape Small Stars. I first colored with Ranger Alcohol Ink in Butterscotch. After drying, I used Teresa Collins' modeling paste and the 6 inch Polka Dot Mascil over the top. As you see, it didn't come out perfectly but that's ok! It makes it unique :)
Here is a close up of a few of the stickers and brads from Simple Stories' A Charmed Life collection.
I used the coordinating letter stickers for my title and added a fun green arrow to accent.
Now for the fun part! To celebrate being back with Clear Scraps, I want to giveaway one of the Mascils I used on my page: the 6 inch Polka Dot! All you need to do is comment telling me your Clear Scraps product! A random winner will be chosen Sunday March 8th! Good luck and thank you so much for stopping by!
Have a wonderful day!
So cute!! Love the chevron touch in the design.
