Hello...today I'm up on the Chic Tags blog with a fun, easy technique using the Fall Exclusive Kit and a Chic Tags cut file. Have you ever thought about using a die cut as a mask? Well, that's what I did to create a fun background on my cardstock!
And here is the after effect! I used a bit of spray ink from Tattered Angels. You can make it as light or dark as you prefer.
And here is my layout! I used some papers from October Afternoon's Apple Cider as well. I just love the colors of the Fall Exclusive Kit! The blue is a great accent color!
I used this "Thankful" 3x4 Journaling card for my title. I paired it with a pumpkin wood veneer shape.
Also, Exclusive Fall Flair are available! I made a cluster of embellishments with the "Give Thanks" die cut as well as a leaf wood shape. You can also spy one of the Journaling Cards underneath.
More die cuts as well as wood veneers! I also used a Happy Place Phrase Tag for journaling!
Thanks for stopping by today! I want to give away some Chic Tags Fall Exclusive goodies! Tell me what you are thankful for this year and I will pick a random winner Sunday November 30th!
Have a great day!
