Practical Scrappers July Card Sketch Reveal

Hello and happy Wednesday! It's a stormy morning here in Central Illinois. Today I am sharing a card I created for the Practical Scrappers July Card Sketch!

And here is my card using Crate Paper's Party Day collection. 

 

I cut the title on my Silhouette and lightly sprayed it with Tattered Angels in Caribbean Blue.

 

 

I added a flag and pinwheel that coordinate with the collection then finished by adding a few select sequins!
