Teresa Collins' Far and Away

I'm so excited about tomorrow night! Teresa Collins is coming to my LSS

 The Scrapbooking Studio!  Saying I'm excited just doesn't cut it..Teresa is my favorite designer!! I have been a huge fan of her products for a long time!  I've been lucky enough to have met her many times and she is such a sweet, down to earth person.  Tomorrow is going to be amazing! 

 

As DT coordinator of our Bloomington store, I was lucky enough to pick out some of the new lines to give to some of our team to make samples!  Believe me, it was like CHRISTMAS opening those boxes!!  :)  (I know, I'm a dork).

 

I selected Far and Away, the travel collection. I love that the color scheme is similar to World Traveler! 

 

Here is a layout I created using a picture of my husband and I at the top of the Eiffel Tower.  (weird to see us so young and (me) thin). 

 

 

Teresa does not disappoint in embellishments!  There are SO many to choose from! Or if you are like me, you use all of them! LOL  I love the new addition of enamel dots! 

 

Here, I typed on kraft cardstock and adhered them over one of the coordinating washi tapes.  I then added some of the small colored brads.

 

 

I placed one of the journaling cards behind my picture and then stamped the sentiment "you are here" found on the stamp set.

 

There are LOTS of pennants: from the cardstock stickers, die cuts, and chipboard.  I stitched through these pennants and added a ticket from one of the borders.
