Paper Camellia: Brave

Hello! Today I'm sharing a layout I made with the September Paper Camellia Main and Add On kits!

I love all of the wonderful girly paper like Crate Paper's Wonder and Simple Stories' So Fancy! I had some of the So Fancy chipboard frames left so I decided to make a grid page!

I used this cute multi-colored frame to highlight my sweet niece riding her bike without training wheels for the first time!

Here,  I backed another chipboard frame with paper from the Wonder collection as well as added one of the Wonder AC Thickers.

My Scraps and More: I Pick You

Yesterday, I had a layout up on the My Scraps and More forums for a fun challenge!  I used 

Echo Park's The Story of Fall collection for my page! The colors are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for your favorite fall photos!

I used the "Leaf It To Me" cut file from The Cut Shoppe to create a border under my photo. I incorporated vellum leaves into the mix of patterned papers.  

I chose this cute bingo card ephemera from the collection to accent my photo and I used black glitter foam American Craft Thickers for my title.  The wooden veneer arrow is from Studio Calico (I think one of their first releases!)

I used pieces from the ephemera pack as well as coordinating enamel dots to accent my border.

The Cut Shoppe: Happy Fall

Hello! Hope you had a good weekend!  I am loving that fall weather is around the corner...the leaves are beginning to turn just a bit around here.  Today, I'm up on The Cut Shoppe blog with a layout using some of the new fall themed cut files!

I started with the "I Heart Plaid" cut file for my background. I thought it would be cute with the plaid print from Carta Bella's Fall Blessings line.  

The "Tall Type" letters are so adorable and I love layered them with a dark wood grain print as well as a light green color. 

I am totally in love with the leaves in the "Leaf It To Me" cut file! I used two of the four to accent my photo! I also added some of the coordinating leaf stickers from Fall Blessings as well as enamel dots from my stash.

My Scraps and More: Spider Pug

Today on the My Scraps and More forums, I have a Friday Free For All challenge using Crate Paper's new After Dark collection! I am a huge fan of Halloween and love love love this line! I couldn't wait to create a layout!  

I used up some of my AC Thickers...I thought the glitter black foam ones would be perfect. I also added some of the stickers from the 6x12 sheet as well as pieces of ephemera. 

More stickers as well as fun wooden veneer shapes and coordinating enamel dots!

Loving the pennant stickers! Had to add some to the bottom of my photo!

 I added the chipboard spider web to the upper corner of my page..goes well with my title!

Clear Scraps: The Best Day

I had a layout up on the Clear Scraps blog this past Tuesday using one of the very cool Mirror Frames and the 6 Inch Circles Mascil.  Pink Paislee's Cedar Ridge is one of my favorite new collections!  

I first cut a rectangular piece of patterned paper to go behind the frame and then added epoxy words for my title. I also added a cute little fox die cut and acetate leaves!

Using my 6 inch Circles Mascil, I applied a light coat of modeling paste. Once dry, I adhered different sized circles to the centers.

I love the multi colored leaf print!! So beautiful! Also, I layered more of the ephemera pieces as well as added a cute epoxy flower.

Clear Scraps: 2 Cool 4 School

This week I had a layout up on the Clear Scraps blog using the Star Acrylic Border and Simple Stories' So Rad collection.  The border goes perfect with the star prints in the So Rad papers!  

I used alcohol ink to color my border...once dry I took a white paint pen to outline the edges. 

My title is a combination of American Craft Thickers and a chipboard accent from So Rad. Also, you can see one of the Bradz (which are self adhesive!).  

I adhered chipboard accents as well as added Bradz to the centers of random stars on my border.

My Scraps and More: First Day

Happy Saturday! I'm sharing a layout I created for My Scraps and More challenge using Amy Tangerine's Stitched collection.  This line has beautiful bright colors and patterns!  

For my title, I used some black foam American Craft Thickers! Love these..they go with pretty much any paper! 

I used the calendar print at the bottom half of my page which was perfect to jot down some journaling!  I also used the new mini washi tape from Finders Keepers!  

I used my hand punch to create this fun banner with different patterns and then stitched through with my sewing machine. 

I added some washi tape from my stash as well as a large gold paper clip from Jen Hadfield. 

Another banner at the top of my photo!  

Love these wood veneer titles from Evalicious!  I also added some enamel shapes from My Mind's Eye.

My Scraps and More: School Rocks

Hello! Today I have a Word Up Wednesday challenge up on the My Scraps and More Forums!  I used  Crate Paper's Wonder collection...one of my favorites. Ok I love pretty much anything Crate Paper puts out!  LOL

Crate Paper always has so many embellishments to choose from...here I used a few of the stickers from the 6x12 Sticker sheet.  

I layered stickers along with pieces from the Ephemera pack. Also I added this cute chipboard arrow from the 12x12 sheet.  You can spy some of the matching enamel dots along with tiny gold sequins (they are self adhesive!)

I used a fun cut file and gold foil paper for my title!

The Cut Shoppe: Back To School

Hello! Last week I had my first layout up for The Cut Shoppe Design Team!  I love playing with all of the fun cut files from Ashley's shop!  

I used the 8.5x11 Get To The Point background file as well as a title from School Rules.

I used Simple Stories' So Rad collection for my page....what an awesome boy line!  Love the colors!

I backed the arrows in the cut file with different patterned papers. Also showing one of the cute chipboard frame as well as coordinating die cuts!
